This is usually everyone's biggest hurdle to get over when they first start in real estate investing.

"How do I negotiate this deal?!"

The reason this has become so hard to do is that of all of the gurus and movies like "Wolf of Wall Street"makes it seem like you need to be a slick salesman to get something done. Or that maybe you need a very "special script, that if you act now you can get for only $997" LOL.

Well, here is the problem. One, everyone watches those same movies so you look like an idiot when you try to imitate it. Two, "Special Scripts" almost always turn people away because you sound like a robot going through the checklist. Finally, three, most people do NOT like being sold to and if you're using any of those strategies you will come off like a salesman and they will not buy what you're selling.

The best way to get over this is actually a very hard concept for most people to understand which is why many never master it.

The very simple strategy we use to negotiate is... be... a... human being!

What I mean by this is, talk to them like a real person and NOT like a salesman. I go over, in great detail, how it is that WE do this on every single one of our deals and there have been so many times where we get the deal even when others have offered a lot more than us!
